Certification evidence, restaurant claims and community confirmations are useful in different ways, but they should not collapse into one vague badge.
Certification is strongest when branch-matched
A certification match is powerful only when it clearly covers the branch the diner is looking at. Brand-level evidence should not silently become branch-level evidence.
Amanah should show the certifier, expiry and match confidence whenever that data is available.
Community signals are reviewed signals
Community confirmations help fill gaps: what a diner saw, what staff said, whether a certificate was visible, and whether the claim was full-menu or partial.
Those signals should pass through review before they affect public status labels. Ordinary Amanah visit reviews can describe an experience, but they are not halal status evidence by themselves.
